What is the difference between the 6-week, 3-month, and 6-month programmes?
The main difference is the duration and depth of the coaching. The 6-week programme is ideal for jumpstarting your health journey with quick wins, the 3-month programme offers more time to develop and sustain new habits, and the 6-month programme provides comprehensive support for deep, long-lasting transformation.
Do I need to have specific health issues to benefit from coaching?
No, health coaching is for anyone looking to improve their overall well-being, whether you have specific health concerns or simply want to enhance your lifestyle and prevent future issues.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I just ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Then I’ll work with you to find a convenient time for a makeup session.
What kind of results can I expect?
Results vary depending on your commitment and the goals you set. Most clients experience significant improvements in areas such as stress reduction, energy levels, weight management, and overall happiness. As a coach, I’ll help you track your progress and adjust the plan as needed.
Do I need to follow a specific diet?
Not at all! As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, it is not within my scope to create specific diet plans. Instead, I help you understand what your body needs and how food can nourish you and positively impact your overall health and well-being. Personally, I adopt a plant-based approach to life, and believe it is the best way optimise your health. However, one size does not fit all, and everyone is different.
