Transformation
Over the course of 3 months, this programme takes your wellness journey further with in-depth support and accountability. You’ll build on foundational practices from the Back to Basics programme, with frequent check-ins to track your progress and refine habits. We’ll work together to ensure these changes are sustainable in the long term. This option is ideal for addressing specific, short-term goals like increased energy, sleepy hygiene, gut health, hormonal balance, weight loss, and stress management.
The Deep Work
In this 6-month programme, we delve into profound healing and long-term transformation.
