Hey there! I’m so happy you landed on this page. I’m Hannah, a certified health coach with a passion for empowering women to take control of their hormonal health. My own experience with unbalanced hormones began young with heavy, irregular periods. The doctor’s answer? Birth control. Like many other teenagers, I had little agency over this decision. Looking back at my late teens and early 20s, I remember coming home from lectures with a migraine, no appetite, and in a big of a mood. Fast forward a few years, I decided to take back control and ditch the pills! I wasn’t expecting a challenging transition that included cystic acne, mood swings, and lots of spotting! I thought “this can’t be normal” and started changing some daily habits and to my surprise - it worked!
After years of experimentation and fine-tuning my approach, I’ve not only overcome my hormone and gut issues, but also achieved a vibrant, balanced life filled with energy, clarity, and strength. Of course, my journey didn’t end here. Being healthy is a way of life. It’s something I prioritise every single day.
My journey isn’t unique. Women all around me suffer daily from similar symptoms and don’t know how to take back control over their own bodies. Watching my friends suffer from bloating, discomfort, self-confidence, and even the challenges of early menopause, I realised I wanted to help. I am now a Certified Holistic Health Coach. I believe we are all allowed to feel amazing. PMS, bloating, constipation, and pain are not symptoms we need to suffer from. We deserve to feel great. And that doesn’t mean starving ourselves and working out until we’re burned out!
Because of my personal journey, I stand by a holistic approach. I believe the real healing begins when you tap into your mind, body, and spirit. By tuning into each of these areas, you can experience transformational life changes and deep healing.
