  • Personalised bi-weekly sessions - We’ll get together virtually every two weeks for 50 a minute 1 on 1 session. Here we’ll dive into habit changes, challenges your face, and acknowledge progress.

  • Nutritional guidance - Food is just one of the factors to take into account in your health journey. I’ll help you dissect complex dietary information that can help you make the right choices for your goals.

  • Accountability & support - You can have direct contact with me from Monday to Friday to quickly discuss any challenges you might be facing.
