I believe hormone health isn’t about strict diets, quick fixes, or punishing yourself in the gym. It’s about listening to your body, understanding your cycle, and making small, sustainable changes that actually fit your life.

How it works

Aligned is a 12-week personalised coaching programme designed to help you rebalance your hormones and feel energised. Every two weeks, we meet online to review your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and fine-tune your plan. Between sessions, you’ll have ongoing guidance and resources to support your nutrition, lifestyle, and cycle-aware habits. Over the 12 weeks, you’ll gradually integrate changes that fit your life, leaving you feeling more balanced, confident, and in tune with your body.

About me

Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m a certified holistic health coach passionate about helping women take control of their hormonal health. My own journey began young with heavy, irregular periods. The standard solution? Birth control. Like many teens, I had little say in the decision.

Many years later, I decided to take back control. Ditching the pill wasn’t easy, cystic acne, mood swings, and spotting followed, but through small, intentional changes to my daily habits, I discovered what truly worked. Over time, I not only overcame my hormone and gut issues but also built a life filled with energy, clarity, and balance.

I know my experience isn’t unique. Women everywhere struggle with PMS, bloating, low energy, and discomfort, often feeling like there’s no way to take back control. That’s why I became a holistic health coach: to help women feel amazing without restrictive diets, extreme workouts, or burnout.

I believe real healing comes when you tune into your mind, body, and spirit. By aligning these areas, you can create lasting change and live a life where you truly feel good, every single day.
